Heavy Equipment Reliability Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Reliability Expert to join our team at PT Kideco Jaya Agung (Kideco). This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to lead our engineering and equipment reliability efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the reliability and performance of mining equipment and assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence, utilizing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) techniques.
  • Provide engineering expertise to support maintenance, repair, and modification of mining equipment and systems, collaborating with equipment manufacturers (OEMs) as needed.
  • Analyze equipment performance data and recommend improvements to maintenance practices, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability.
  • Collaborate with maintenance planners and schedulers to ensure alignment of strategies with daily operations, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
