About the Role:

This position is responsible for formulating and implementing a comprehensive asset management strategy to optimize the lifecycle of heavy equipment.

The ideal candidate will oversee the management of all heavy equipment, ensuring operational readiness, optimal utilization, and timely maintenance. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a workshop management plan to support repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment overhauls.

Additionally, this role requires establishing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all heavy equipment to minimize downtime and prolong asset life. The successful candidate will also work with maintenance teams to diagnose equipment issues and oversee repair processes to reduce operational disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement an asset management strategy to optimize heavy equipment lifecycle.
  • Oversee the management of all heavy equipment, ensuring operational readiness and optimal utilization.
  • Develop and implement a workshop management plan to support repairs and maintenance.
  • Establish preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all heavy equipment.
