  6. Change Handling: Handle project changes and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholders' expectations.
  7. Compliance: Ensure system development compliance with company policy and banking regulations and meet all quality standards.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in managing software development projects, specifically within the banking or financial services industry.
  3. Proven track record of managing projects related to internal and external web application development, systems upgrade, and integration.
  4. Strong understanding of banking IT systems, enterprise architecture, and cybersecurity protocols.
  5. Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies (i.e., Waterfall, Agile).
  6. Proficiency in software development technology, for example .NET framework, front-end and back-end development, API integration, DevOps, etc.
  7. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases, including proficiency in database design and writing queries.
  8. Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
  9. Knowledge in low-code development platform, i.e., K2 workflow, M365 technology, i.e., Sharepoint, PowerApps, is an advantage.
  10. Strong communication skills especially to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  11. Ability to address and resolve technical challenges as they arise.
