Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Production Strategies: Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet company objectives, including managing production schedules, inventory, and resources.
  • Lead Production Team: Manage and supervise a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to ensure a high-performing team that meets production targets.
  • Process Improvement: Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring that all production equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of products, and communicate effectively with production staff and other stakeholders.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability, and develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve production efficiency.
  • Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all production staff, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production reports and present them to senior management, and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of production processes and techniques, excellent leadership and people management skills, ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment and travel as needed.
