**Your Contribution**:

- ** Production Planning**:Coordinate the placement of orders and/or forecast into production schedule through SAP and MES that relies on machine matrix capability, machine capacity, raw materials availability, human resource readiness and other supporting material before confirming delivery ate to customers and prior releasing order to production. Regularly analyses and reacts on fluctuation of orders, machine capacity and production downtime either through rescheduling, procuring from external subcontractor or providing alternative solution to ensure customer satisfaction. Implement proper administrative handling of production orders according to GMP practices.
- ** Control**:Monitors adherence to production planning and always updates whenever necessary. Controls production planning and initiative adjustments of capacities according to customer needs. Controls the sequences of production align with confirmed schedule and ensures the orders are ready to deliver to the customers following confirmed delivery dates.
- ** Procurement**:Coordinates and executes the procurement process of his/her area responsibility from either local or foreign suppliers. Advises purchasing department in strategic decision regarding the selection of suppliers and supplier due to unavailability of materials while maintaining inventory at reasonable level in that is aligned with management target.
- ** Master Data**: Acts as a deputy back up of Master Data & Material Administrator in creating BOM, routing and other master data based on training material (TRM/SCM/001/I/17) according to request from customer service. Coordinates the update of BOM, routing and master data in regular basis to ensure data accuracy within company operations.
- ** EHS**:Implements EHS in his/her respective area or responsibility. Operates machines in compliance with permissions of related parties. Monitors adherence to legal laws and internal regulations for environment, health, safety and accident prevention.
- ** Documentation**:Documents the processes in his/her area of responsibility in compliance with GDP practices. Documents daily operational activities in the form of SOP, training materials or OPL which is updated when the change takes place.
- ** Supervision**: Leads, trains, promotes and motivates subordinates within his/her area of responsibility, particularly for performance appraisal and goal setting successor and representative planning, personnel development and training evaluation.
- ** Others**:perform other duties as assigned.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering or related field or equivalent education and experience required
- 7 or more years experience in machinery engineering, production, production planning, scheduling or material management in an international pharmaceutical or related business environment
- A 100% customer oriented mind-set and an in-depth understanding of production planning, manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, profound knowledge of SAP (ERP, especially in modules PP and MM), detailed scheduling tools, material requirements planning, inventory management.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting competence.
- Strong communication (also internationally) and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel
