Key Responsibilities

The Legal Operations Director will be responsible for leading our legal credit operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

You will work closely with our credit analyst, appraiser, and custodian teams to ensure effective service level agreements based on company standard operating procedures. Your expertise in preparing legal opinions and assistance on financing contracts based on applicable law and regulations will be invaluable.

In addition, you will provide regular reporting to management and submit accurate and timely reports to regulators to avoid sanctions/fines.
