  • Demonstrate leadership skills, motivating team members to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in supervisory/management roles in high-end sales environments or similar fast-paced settings.
  • Proven track record of increasing responsibility in retail sales environments, with a strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, direct, coach, and train others in a retail setting.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English is mandatory.
  • Experience in high-end retail environments.
  • Flexibility in work schedule required, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays as operational needs dictate.
