Boutique Supervisor

Our client, a leading luxury fashion and lifestyle watch retailer, is now looking for:
Job description:

- Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and sharing to respected customers
- Delivering standard service excellence to customer, based on brand guidelines
- Establishing contact and developing relationship with regular and new customers
- Supervising employees engaged in sales, inventory taking, reconciling cash receipts or in performing services for customers
- Keeping and maintaining customer database and preferences
- Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
- Monitoring daily stock inventory, ensure product, display material, sales kit and boutique environment are in good condition
Job Requirements:

- Min. Diploma degree from reputable academy or university.
- Min. 5 years in High-end brand
- Min. 3 years of experiences as store leader in retail industry, preferably from luxury goods, FMCG field as Store Leader/Supervisor/Team Leader
- Having strong business related knowledge and professional communication skill
- Having the desire for the sales job with strong determination and be self-motivated in leading team
- Posing the high skill of teamwork and performing the job independently, as well as the capability to thrive in today’s competitive market
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Having proficiency in both verbal and writing English is a must
- Having flexibility in work schedule is required, including the ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as operational need may require
- Skill communication, sales & negotiation, leadership, Service of excellent, Initiative and Problem solving

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

- Bandung: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
