About the Role:

As an Executive Interior Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily site activities, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will act as a liaison between designers, contractors, suppliers, and the project management team, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders will be essential in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Site Management – Oversee daily site activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules.
  2. Communication & Coordination – Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including designers, contractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
  3. Quality Assurance – Ensure all work meets design specifications, material standards, and finishing quality benchmarks.
  4. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting – Address on-site challenges proactively, minimizing delays and cost overruns.
  5. Material & Workforce Management – Monitor material deliveries, coordinate with subcontractors, and optimize manpower allocation.
  6. Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate site logs, progress reports, and communicate regularly with project managers.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in interior fit-out site management or site supervision.
  3. Strong understanding of interior construction techniques, materials, and finishing work.
  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or other site management tools.
  5. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to project challenges.
  7. Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and safety protocols.
