Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering or technical projects.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Civil Engineering graduate with a strong foundation in construction principles and methodologies.
  • Experience: Over 10 years of progressive experience in construction, project management, and data center projects.
  • Specialization: Expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering, delivering end-to-end project solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, excelling in report writing, presentations, and relationship-building across diverse stakeholders.
  • Dual Perspective: Experience working on both consulting and contractor sides, offering a comprehensive understanding of the industry landscape.
  • Project Oversight: Extensive leadership in overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Skills: Adept at project planning, risk management, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
