We are seeking an Organisational Development Manager to join our team and drive the success of our Human Resources function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support our company's overall business objectives
  • Lead the HR team to deliver best-in-class HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations
  • Establish and maintain effective HR policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with relevant Indonesian employment laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Preferably having experiences in Manufacturing related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies and initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations
