This role involves handling lawsuits/disputes/legal claims, case handling strategy refinement, and facilitating the legal case handling process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to provide sound legal advice
  • Draft and review various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Support case preparation and presentation in court
  • Organize case files, documents, and evidence efficiently
  • Communicate with stakeholders for information gathering and updates

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in law is required
  • Knowledge of litigation procedures, rules of evidence, and court procedures
  • Strong familiarity with legal software and technology, including document management systems
  • PERADI membership with 3+ years of registration is mandatory
  • Proven skills in procedural law and civil/criminal case handling
  • Ability to travel for business trips is necessary
