Job Title: Associate, Partner Service

Archipelago International is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate, Partner Service to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our online travel agent (OTA) and channel management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate and promptly report any technical issues related to hotels and/or OTAs, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  2. Property Content Management: Ensure the accurate execution and maintenance of property content across all channels, including our website and OTAs.
  3. Online Promotion Optimization: Implement technical online promotion programs and optimize content to enhance the user experience.
  4. Document Management: Keep the "Room Availability" document and other task-related documents up to date.
  5. Content and Promotion Management: Manage and update content and promotions in the booking engine and various OTAs.
  6. Hotel Registration: Register new hotels in the Booking engine, Channel manager, and OTA channels.
  7. Technical Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations and report technical issues that may arise from hotels, PMS, Channel Managers, and OTAs.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with the connectivity team and the eCommerce team at the head office to ensure accurate distribution of Rates & Inventory for each hotel across all online channels.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Experience with OTA is preferred.
  2. Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in different time zones.
  3. Channel Manager Proficiency: Proficiency in using a channel manager for managing online sales channels.
  4. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  5. Resilience: Must demonstrate resilience, even temperament, and the ability to remain calm under challenging situations.
  6. Adaptability: Adaptability to embrace changes such as new systems, emerging trends, etc.
  7. Collaboration: Willingness and capability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  8. Communication: Excellent communication and influencing skills to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
