Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Director to join our team at PT Passion Abadi Korpora. As the head of our finance department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic projects, developing policies and strategies for budget management, and ensuring financial and tax reports are prepared in compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining financial stability, monitoring cash flow performance, and preparing forecasts and Profit & Loss (P&L) budgets. You will also oversee payment processes, coordinate with relevant teams to resolve data discrepancies, and collaborate with all Heads of Department to provide Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) services.

Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Strategic Projects: Develop and implement FAT 2024 strategic projects that align with the company's objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop policies and strategies for budget management to ensure optimal fund allocation and oversee budget utilization.
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure financial and tax reports are prepared in compliance with accounting standards and applicable government regulations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor the company's cash flow performance to ensure operational funds are available as required.
  • Payment Processes: Oversee payment processes for points and resell to avoid delays that could affect business partner relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with all Heads of Department to provide FAT services.
