We are one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia, aiming to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail. Our exponential growth has attracted investment from a reputable investor, Sequoia Capital.

Our first brand, Somethinc, was founded in 2019 and is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followers. Our second brand, Glowinc, breaks boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce platform, Beautyhaul, is the core for carrying multiple brands directly to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets for Beauty Advisors in your area
  • Coach, train, and monitor Beauty Advisors
  • Identify training needs for each Beauty Advisor
  • Submit weekly work reports on performance, competitor activities, promo evaluations, grooming, display & visual updates
  • Update monthly promo schedules to all Beauty Advisor teams and ensure promo runs as planned
  • Prepare sales achievement reports as determined by the company
  • Conduct store visits according to work plans, coordinating with VM teams (visual updates, acrylics, and branding)

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader (preferably in Cosmetics Sales)
  • Beauty Enthusiast
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Easy to socialise
