Customer Success Operations Manager

Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Operations Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement OKRs for customer success processes and results
- Coordinate team responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillment
- Lead and mentor the activation team, overseeing junior and senior professionals' activities and performance
- Oversee multiple implementation projects, ensuring project plans and timeframe compliance
- Maintain positive relationships with various functions and roles, including executives, product managers, and functional users
- Implement operation automation to decrease friction and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with internal cross-functions to enable product roadmaps, customer needs, and overall communication
- Establish ad-hoc projects based on weekly performance to maintain and improve direct and indirect internal performance
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Required skills: Payroll software, Tax, BPJS, Overtime, and other Payroll components
- Understanding of HRM concepts, processes, and models
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience managing complex tasks
- Comfortable with numbers and meeting clients
- Fast learner and independent
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Able to work under pressure
