Education Administrator

The role of the Center Director is crucial to the success of EF Schools. Responsibilities encompass the recruitment and training of local and international staff, overseeing daily school operations, and managing sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to establish, maintain, and enhance the EF English First brand within the local market. This includes attracting prospective customers through personal visits and managing sales efforts.
- Operations: Collaborate with the Senior Teaching Manager to implement the Operations Manual, ensuring continuous improvement of teaching quality.
- Sales: Supervise course consultants and progress advisors to optimize the sales process, closely monitor sales team performance, and achieve set targets.
- Recruitment and Training: Oversee staff recruitment, ensuring all team members receive relevant training. Additionally, participate in the evaluation of Indonesian and international staff.
- Finance and Accounting: Effectively manage accounting tasks, develop an annual budget, and allocate expenses according to approved guidelines.
- Logistics: Ensure departments receive prompt and effective logistical support.
- Technology and Systems: Ensure IT and computer equipment meet English First standards and record information accurately in the production system.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a D3/S1 degree in any field, preferably business management.
- A track record of at least 3-4 years in a fast-paced growth environment, holding a managerial or senior position. This should include experience independently managing overall operations and working with individuals from diverse cultures, preferably in the service industry.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated history of effective team leadership and staff management.
- Experience leading sales teams and a proven track record of achieving outstanding results.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to oversee a multifaceted organization.
- An adept problem solver who is self-motivated and capable of performing under pressure. Additionally, possess creative thinking, strong communication skills, and analytical abilities.
- Effective people management skills, including recruitment, training, and staff supervision.
- Basic financial management skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS-Office applications.
