As a key member of PT Ruang Raya Indonesia, we are seeking an exceptional Education Director to oversee the academic process in our Brain Academy Konawe Selatan branch.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for direct all sales and marketing initiatives in the branch, assessing local market conditions, identifying current and prospective sales opportunities, and collaborating with Sales Team in driving sales.

In addition, the Education Director will oversee customer experience, coordinate and manage branch staff, and direct and monitor the academic process in the branch.

We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's Degree from any major in any reputable university, 1-3 years leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations, and good knowledge in people management.
