We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at People Profilers Vietnam. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our day-to-day operations in APAC, ensuring the efficient delivery of recruitment processes and maintaining accurate employee data records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition
    • Recruit and staff top talent for our organization, preparing job descriptions, advertisements, and screening applications.
    • Arrange and lead interviews, administer interview feedback, and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Identify and approach new candidates through direct search methods.
  • Employee Onboarding and Exit Formalities
    • Ensure a smooth induction and orientation process for new employees.
    • Prepare employment documents and maintain accurate records throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Employee Record Management
    • Maintain and control personnel, recruitment-related records, files, correspondence, and reports.
  • Employee Trainings
    • Organize company training programs based on our yearly training plan, approved by the Director-HR.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Plan, coordinate, and participate in organizing events, team buildings, CSR activities, and trainings for employees in ASEAN.
  • HR Operations and Systems
    • Handle employee records, policy updates, and manage attendance and leave management on SharePoint.
  • HR Business Partner Functions
    • Track employee pulse and resolve grievances.
  • Support to Director-HR
    • Assist the Director-HR in day-to-day regional HR functions.
  • Local P&C Budget Control & Management
    • Manage local P&C budgets in accordance with directions from the Director-HR.
  • Payroll Management
    • Coordinate with payroll vendors.
  • Local HR Regulations Management
    • Manage local HR regulations in Indonesia.
  • Local Office & Travel Management
    • Manage local office and travel arrangements, including bookings and visa management.
  • Administration Support
    • Provide administrative support to other departments.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Diploma or Master's degree in HR.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR and administration.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in a multinational company.
  • Skills
    • Excellent English knowledge, verbal and written.
    • Computer proficiency with MS Office and Internet.
