Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at the Maruwai Coal site. As a key member of our General Affairs section, you will be responsible for providing transport and accommodation services for employees, contractors, and guests. Your goal will be to ensure optimal operational efficiency, delivering seamless travel arrangements and comfortable accommodations for all visitors.
Responsibilities
This role involves developing and implementing logistics systems, managing travel and transportation arrangements, and coordinating accommodations for employees, contractors, and guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting to management, and contributing to the overall success of the General Affairs section.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a strong background in logistics and transportation management, with at least 5 years of experience in General Affairs. A degree in Management, Tourism, or Civil Engineering is preferred, as is certification in food safety. Excellent communication skills and experience in catering and hospitality services are also essential.
