Identify company training needs through skill gap analysis and consultation with stakeholders.

Design and develop learning programs that align with company needs and strategic objectives.

Create engaging and interactive curricula using modern, proven learning methodologies.

Develop and manage budgets for learning programs, including cost estimates for development, implementation, and evaluation.

Monitor and evaluate program progress, and prepare periodic reports to provide information to relevant parties.

Conceptualize, design, and bring to life cool programs aligned with our vision and mission.

Coordinate schedules, materials, and facilitators to execute programs seamlessly.

Speak from the heart to participants, facilitators, and team members to keep everyone connected.

Embark on evaluation journeys, measure program performance, and find ways to make it even more amazing.

Assist the creative team in crafting inspiring program materials.

Keep the budget in check like a personal finance pro.

Build a network with external partners who can inspire program development.

You hold a bachelor's degree, and beyond that, a hunger to learn and grow with us.

Have at least 2 years experience as Project Manager

You might have experience managing similar programs, or you might be just starting out, but your enthusiasm speaks volumes.

Juggling schedules, tasks, and coordination is your kind of thing.
