Planning and compiling the concept and schedule of event activities.

Manage all aspects of event planning meeting strict deadlines and budget demands

Prepare improvement recommendations based on evaluation results

Coordinate with the Executor team, Sales and Marketing team for event execution.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumers, community, employees, and public interest groups.

Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts to craft and implement creative and logístical aspects of all events

Stay current, and often ahead of the curve, on event planning, design, and production trends, proactively identifying and solving operational challenges

Planning or directing the development of programs to maintain favorable public and stockholder views of the organization's agenda and accomplishments.

Conferring with managers to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on business decisions.
Bachelor Degree in any fields (Hospitality, Communication or Management Marketing are preferably)

Minimal 1 year working experience in related field (event organizing in mice industry or agency are preferably)

Good knowledge about the concept of event organizing and advertising licensing

Able to evaluate and compile reports on the implementation of events

Have a good time management skills

Strong analytical and planning skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure

Strong interpersonal skills.

Creative, out-of-the-box thinking, and strategic thinking.

Ability to lead a large team and delegate tasks effectively.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.

Knowledge of consumer marketing.

Able to work on big strategic plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
