Performance Marketing Lead

Their mission is to make quality products accessible to customers and increase earnings for the brand and seller partners backed by top-tier global and regional investors such as Alpha Wave Incubation, Alpha JWC Ventures, AC Ventures, and Alfamart - the largest retail chain in Indonesia. They have built one of the top seller-focused platforms in Indonesia in a short period of time, have a fast-growing D2C business, and have international expansion plans for both of these formats in the foreseeable future.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a performance marketing lead, you will be responsible for:
- Drive user growth for the brand's verticals - B2C and Seller acquisitions.
- Using platforms like Tiktok, Shopee, and Meta platforms to acquire more customers for exclusive brands.
- Run a large volume of experiments to help Exclusive brands go viral in a cost-efficient manner.
- Own the end-to-end channels management while. closely partnering with product and engineering teams to run experiments that can acquire customers and sellers cost-effectively
- Experiment with various constructs, campaign types, user cohorts, channels, and ad platforms for Raena businesses and generate actionable insights and business outcomes.
- Deliver on metrics such as CAC (Cost of Customer Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) while growing topline.
- Evaluate relevant tools leading to clear measurement and attribution of the various campaigns activated.
- Be a part of expanding the brand into new markets in the South East Asia region, and also set up, scale, and grow the platform.

Technical Skills and Prior Experience Desired:
- Experience scaling a direct-to-consumer brand using online search, content marketing, Facebook ads, and marketplace ads, ideally regionally.
- Experience of scaling small or early-stage brands within realistic timeframes, backed with analytical data and business cases.
- Track record of working with Google AdWords, Facebook Audience Network, and Google Display Network and delivering results.
- Track record of delivering results using content marketing and social media marketing. Familiarity with tools that allow measurement of social media results.
- Hands-on Google Analytics, Google Studio Manager, and other relevant tools for daily reporting/MIS.
- Exposure to UAC/App marketing campaigns will be a plus.
**Good to have**:
- Top Tier MBA or quantitative undergraduate/postgraduate degree strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a scale-up stage company is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in the d2c sector can be a plus
