As our Performance Marketing Associate, you are an expert in using data to measure and analyse marketing as well as business performance in each of our markets and lines of business. You love to explore business issues, discover opportunities, uncover insights and identify targeted areas for business growth. In this role, you will partner with global marketing, sales and tech teams to deep dive on core issues and use our data to find answers.

**You will be responsible for and expected to analyse the following**:
Marketing
- Assist the team on the lead generation funnel within paid marketing channels which includes but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards for growth marketing team
- Assist in paid acquisition initiatives (Google ads, Meta ads, etc). Measure performance, budget optimisation and reporting.
- Perform competitor analysis regularly to help company stay ahead of the competition
- Lookout for partnership leads / opportunities that has potential to be right fit for the company
- Reconcile with sales, member experience and marketing teams to ensure the integrity of data and analytics throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- Analyse operational efficiency and build business insights to guide decision-making
- Identify key actionable insights to optimise conversion rates across the entire funnel
- Create project specific reports and analyse the performance
Technology
- Manage master data - including creation, updates, and deletion
- Manage access rights - users and user roles
- Commission / decommission data sets
- Process confidential data and information according to guidelines
- Develop reports and analyses for strategic/ decisive business advantages
- Design reporting environments, including data sources, security, and metadata
- Support development of the data lake in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Drive initiatives for data integrity and normalisation
- Assess tests, implement new or upgraded software and assist with strategic decisions on new systems
- Troubleshoot the reporting database environment and reports
- Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems
- Train end users on new reports and dashboards
- Provide technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing
**The skills, attitude and experience we require are**:
- 2 - 3 years working experience as Growth / Performance Marketers.
- Good understanding of the digital marketing funnelling concepts
- Experience in working with CRM - Salesforce, Hubspot
- Experience in Google ads, Meta ads is a strong plus
- An effective communicator to both technical and business audiences
- Passionate about solving problems - possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration
- Results and detailed-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively, intelligent and quickly
- An interest in real estate, technology, commerce, and new advertising trends and techniques
- Good written and verbal communication skills
