Head of Sales

Job Title: Head of B2C Sales

Reports to: General Manager / CEO

*Key Responsibilities:*

Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet the company’s revenue and growth targets.

Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales approaches.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.

Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals, ensuring continuous growth and performance improvement.

Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

*Sales Operations:*

Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Implement and optimize CRM systems and sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, marketing and operations, to ensure smooth sales operations.

*Customer Relationship Management:*

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- *Qualifications:*

Education: degree in Sales, marketing, economics or management is preferable but not crucial.
- *Experience:*

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a senior sales leadership role within real estate industry

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong experience in sales strategy development and team leadership.
- *Skills:*

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

In-depth knowledge of the property market and related sales processes.

Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, Excel.

Language: English (Professional level)
