**What You Will Do**
- Define the product plan and goals to realize the team’s vision.
- Define and analyze the success metrics of the product that inform product success.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand and prioritize needs across use cases and also short & long-term time horizons.
- Communicate concisely and influence stakeholders to prioritize their work in the interest of shared benefits or agreed business needs.
- Understand the user's needs, and identify and define the product requirements by taking into consideration the business goals, development cost & technical debt that might be incurred.
- Leveraging experiments, quantitative and qualitative user insights to make data-informed and data-driven decisions.

**What You Will Need**
- At least 1 year of experience in Product Management or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of user behaviors.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- A self-starter with a natural curiosity, taking ownership and exhibiting a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, navigating stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
