DESIGNATION : Senior Product Associate (Digital)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Menentukan prioritas urutan backlog
- Monitor dan mengkoordinasikan proses integrasi produk baru ataupun perubahan spesifikasi atas produk yang sudah berjalan dengan tim terkait.
- Mengajukan dan mempersiapkan rencana deployment yang akan dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku
- Mengambil keputusan bersama tim Bisnis atas eskalasi hasil deployment / Testing Operational (boundary : technical)
- Melakukan monitoring dalam semua fase development, improvement and maintenance
- Membuat dokumentasi produk dan selalu melakukan pembaharuan versi dokumen.
- Memastikan tim development membuat dokumen teknis sesuai dengan standar perusahaan (contoh: spesifikasi teknis, implementation plan, dokumen testing)
- Monitor dan mengawasi jika ada masalah dalam produk dengan membantu tim untuk berkoordinasi ke Tim terkait, jika dibutuhkan.
- Memastikan semua product baru ada kick-off meeting internal
- Bekerja sama dengan Head of Product Management untuk menyelaraskan visi dan roadmap produk.
- Bekerja sama dengan Product Strategy dalam proses ideation dan prototype untuk produk baru.
- Bersama dengan Tim Segment dan Business Partner menganalisa cost dan benefit pengembangan produk.
- Melakukan alignment dengan Tim dan Head of Product Management
- Update stakeholder tentang progress pengembangan produk
- Mengetahui dan memastikan rencana deployment yang akan dilakukan oleh Tim sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku
- Memastikan setiap produk memiliki dokumentasi sesuai standar (misalnya PRD, spesifikasi teknis) dan terkini

- Product Analysis (Product Cost & Benefit Analysis, User Journey, New Product Evaluation)
- Project Management

**Pengalaman**
- Minimal memiliki pengalaman 2-3 tahun kerja dibidang Product Management/Project management/Business Analyst dalam industri finansial (bank, sistem pembayaran, dan lainnya)
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam implementasi product menggunakan kerangka agile/scrum Memiliki pengalaman dalam menggunakan alat pengembangan produk, seperti JIRA dan Confluence
- Min. S1, nilai tambahan untuk lulusan bidang Teknik Informatika atau Sistem Informasi
- Dapat mengambil keputusan berdasarkan data yang valid (empirical)
