As a Medical Representative specializing in Wound Care Products, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our client's pharmaceutical-grade products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. This is an on-field canvasser position that requires building strong relationships with doctors, hospital procurement teams, and other healthcare stakeholders to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sell wound care products to hospitals through standardization processes and direct engagement with healthcare professionals.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including General Practitioners, Surgeons, Dermatologists, Endocrinologists, and Wound Care Specialists.
- Work closely with hospital procurement teams to list products through the standardization process.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities within assigned regions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the District Sales Manager regarding revenue targets, market insights, and customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain connections with key healthcare institutions, particularly private hospitals.
- Actively manage relationships with healthcare professionals like endocrinologists, surgeons, pulmonologists, and others to expand the product's reach.
- Regularly analyze sales performance, including previous revenue targets, and use this data to improve future outcomes.

**Scope of Healthcare Stakeholders**: You will engage with a wide range of healthcare professionals, including but not limited to:

- General Practitioners (GPs)
- Surgeons (General, Plastic, Orthopedic, Vascular)
- Endocrinologists
- Dermatologists
- Pediatricians
- Wound Care Specialists
- Burn Unit Specialists
- Home Care Physicians/Nurses
- Obstetricians/Gynecologists
- Sports Medicine Doctors

**Job Requirements**:
**Must-Have**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, but All Major encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
- Proven experience listing pharmaceutical-grade products to hospitals through standardization processes.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement teams.
- Experience with products similar to wound care or femcare is highly preferred but not mandatory.
