**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Have a minimum 2 years of working experiences in Human Resources especially in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Understand the whole recruitment process and be capable of conducting psychological tests such as PAPI Kostick, IST, etc.
- Familiar with job portal administration and HRIS.
- Have good leadership, good communication, good negotiation and good interpersonal skills.
- Proven integrity, able to work under pressure and have a teamwork spirit with an open-minded character.
- Possess strong Islamic characters.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Ready to join as soon as possible.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Monitor employee attendances, employee database and employee facilities submission in system regularly.
- Prepare correspondence such as a working certificate, internal memo and others when needed.
- Verify the submission of employee’s housing allowances, employee’s debt and others benefit submission regularly.
- Handle End to end of recruitment process; from monitor the employee request form submission, until the employee on board.
- Input new employee data in HRIS.
- Monitor foreign worker legality process.
- Provide fund usage report.
- Other tasks that are assigned from the Head of HRD.
