**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for secondment Donor Finance Officer to support the country teams specifically in the area of Donor management (Financial Reporting, Financial analysis, budgeting, and Donor compliance monitoring, etc). The Donor Reporting Finance Officer will mainly focus on donor reporting to provide support to projects in their financial administration. To ensure the project finance is compliant with Oxfam policies and procedures as well as donor finance procedures, regulations, and guidelines. The Finance Officer safeguards the finance control of projects, including budget and periodic progress monitoring and takes actions for overall profitability/ financial health in line with the restricted budget. This role will coordinate across teams and work closely with the program team with minimum supervision and is expected to deliver the knowledge to the new FO.

**Output**:
The output expected from the role is,
- Timely reports submission to donors, affiliates, and region as per required schedules and donor reporting formats with good quality.
- Timely preparations and submission of budgets to the donors.
- Propose and upload reclassification and correction entries as required for purpose of donor reporting
- Provide detailed induction and complete handover to the new Donor reporting officer

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in discipline of finance/ accounting/ auditing or any other relevant along with minimum 3 years experience in budgeting and donor financial reporting,
- Hands-on experience of using Excel spreadsheets.
- Experience in international donors’ project budgeting and reporting

**Desirable**:
As this is secondment opportunity, we are looking for a person having work experience with Oxfam on similar role.
