**The Role**

We are looking for a talented and emotionally intelligent Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team.

In this role, you will not only support the execution and optimization of performance marketing strategies but also act as a right-hand person to the Performance Marketing Manager, assisting with critical tasks and decision-making. You will also play a key role in managing onsite marketing across platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Tokopedia.

This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in digital advertising, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to drive impactful campaigns.

**Your Responsibilities will include**:
**Right-Hand Support to Manage**r**
- Act as the go-to support for the Performance Marketing Manager, assisting with strategic planning and operational execution.
- Take ownership of delegated tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Provide insights and suggestions to the manager to improve campaign strategies and workflows.

**Performance Marketing Execution**
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, and ROI, to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and new ad formats to leverage opportunities for campaign success.

**Onsite Marketing for E-commerce Platforms**
- Manage and optimize onsite advertising campaigns for Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Tokopedia, and other key marketplaces.
- Collaborate with e-commerce platform account managers to strategize promotional activities.
- Analyze and report on the performance of onsite ads, suggesting actionable improvements.

**Collaboration and Coordination**
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure assets are engaging and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with key business goals and promotions.
- Build strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and e-commerce platform representatives.

**Campaign Analysis & Reporting**
- Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Share learnings and best practices with the broader marketing team.

**Budget & Resource Management**
- Support budget allocation across platforms and campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor spending to ensure campaigns stay within budget and deliver on objectives.

**Technical Skills & Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
Hands-on experience managing onsite ads on Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Tokopedia is required.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign optimization.
