**ABOUT US**: Nestled in the heart of Bali, our resort features 14 exclusive keys and 22 luxurious rooms, each uniquely designed with meticulous attention to detail and personalized service. Our on-site restaurant and wine lounge, Hidden Gem, offers a California and Asian fusion-inspired farm-to-table experience, complemented by over 40 wines by the glass. This November, we are excited to unveil our new Hidden Gem Spa, further enhancing our guests' experience with exceptional relaxation and rejuvenation.

**WHO WE ARE**: Our resort is the vision of our owner, entrepreneur and TV personality, who is also a certified sommelier and WSET diploma holder. **THE ROLE**: We are looking for a Resort Manager who embodies leadership, integrity, and creativity. This role goes beyond managing operations; it's about being a key player in building and expanding our hospitality brand. We seek someone eager to innovate and make a meaningful impact.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and develop our team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with the owner to innovate and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and elevate the brand.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A minimum of 3 years of international experience in a management role (minimum director level) within a luxury hotel.
- Proven experience in luxury properties, with a passion for premium products, services, and hospitality.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- An outgoing personality, willing to interact with every in-house guest and address guest concerns proactively.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong experience and knowledge of P&L management and finance.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative solutions.
