**About Helo**:
Helo aims to be the go-to platform for people to find and share what's happening, discover interesting local content, and connect with diverse communities. The Helo app features a dedicated video channel with personalized content matched to your interests and offers easy-to-use tools or templates for creators to express themselves in their own way -- including text, video, memes, and more. Helo is available in Indonesia & Brazil.

**About Team**:
The trending Operation team consists of two pillars, Trending Operation and Key Person Maintenance. We're one of core operations in the Helo Indonesia structure that is responsible for covering and creating all trending and viral sensations; planning and operating big campaigns; and also giving suggestions to creating new initiatives using UGC Material (Effect, Filters, Stickers) and using new functions and features (Product Infrastructure Development).
Within Helo ID Trending Team, this particular role will work closely with many cross-functional teams locally and globally to ensure the projects that we bring to the business are mutually beneficial and could significantly leverage and amplify Helo's influence in social media industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Key Person Maintenance team to build up proper mechanisms with targeted Key Person and how to engage with the community
- Lead the way to Source potential partners and newsmakers, specifically in the entertainment industry, to create exclusive cooperation with the highest ROI.
- Mapping out important Key Persons for trend-setting and discussion, especially in Entertainment and Society industry.
- Planning trending events coverage for near-term and long-term coverage (agenda based).
- Create by product Intellectual Property (IP) to strengthen Helo position in Trending Social Media industry.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor analysis and following current activities in order to identify potential opportunities for new partnerships.
- Minimum 8 years of prior experience in the Entertainment Industry.
- Has a broad and strong connection with Entertainment enterprise stakeholders (Broadcast television, Music Label, Production House, OTT). Having experience of working in reputable media with exceptional knowledge of the Entertainment industry.
- Outstanding Content Planning and have had reputable outcomes in the Entertainment industry for the past 3-5 years.
- Deep understanding of Entertainment ecology, fan-base community, creative community development.
- Strong leadership, planning skills, problem-solving, creative minds, result-driven, and able to lead cooperation with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Well-versed digital savvy and familiar with both offline & digital campaign metrics
