**Job Deskripsi**
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Negotiate lease agreements in alignment with the mall's goals and profitability objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities for informed leasing decisions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with current and potential tenants.
- Manage casual leasing opportunities, including pop-up shops and temporary stalls.
- Collaborate with potential vendors to align offerings with the mall's brand and customer base.
- Optimize casual leasing revenue and occupancy rates.
- Oversee the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure the mall operates within budgetary constraints and achieves financial targets.
- Manage vendor contracts, invoices, and financial agreements.
- Implement cost-saving measures while upholding high-quality services.
- Lead and supervise the engineering, security, and housekeeping teams for smooth mall operation.
- Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Address and resolve operational issues or emergencies promptly.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
- Possess problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
- Knowledgeable about local and regional market trends.
- Adapt at using technology for efficient management and reporting.
