- **Commercial Channel Leader** to join their team in Singapore.

**What you’ll do**:
- Execute Strategy in the context of local market trends and opportunities.
- Designs optimal Go-To-Market structure to maximize sales and channel efficiency.
- Delivers operational targets and initiatives, including managing sales & marketing teams to deliver targets set.
- Delivers targets (Sales, Profitability, Productivity).
- Hires, coaches, and motivates key talents and provides direction.
**Your qualifications**:
- Having 3-5 years of similar experience as Commercial Channel Leader / General Management role in Sales & Marketing will be highly preferred.
- Well-proven understanding of B2B & B2G business model, including the LKPP bidding process.
- Familiar with multinational company way of working.
