Currently, **Tikamoon **is presenting a career opportunity for the position of **SOURCING LEAD** aimed at assisting us in expanding our business and influence in Indonesia.

**Mission**:

- Leading the Sourcing Team for new suppliers based on the company’s specific needs by using RFI and RFQ, monitoring, visiting trade fairs, networking, etc.
- Updating and maintaining the potential and existing supplier database according to their classifications.
- Efficiently handle and resolve commercial, financial, time, and delay disputes with suppliers, while overseeing supplier performance through assessment and ratings.
- Conduct annual reviews, lead negotiations, and collaborate across departments to analyze Cost Break Down and maintain transparent communication with suppliers.
- Empower and train your team, equipping them with required skills for their tasks, while serving as the key information hub for regional Sourcing matters, maintaining team cohesion, and providing periodic comprehensive reports to the manager.
- Sound knowledge of furniture regulations and export-import legality.

To succeed in this role, you **should have**:

- 5 years’ experience or above, in the field of Sourcing Furniture industry.
- Strong-charactered professional with integrity (honest, humble, and trustworthy).
- Demonstrated an extensive network in the Indonesian and regional Asian furniture industry (preferred).
- Possess continuously updated knowledge of furniture industry trends for the global market.
- Diploma degree or above, from any major (graduates from furniture school are preferred).
- Fluent in English (knowledge in another language is a plus)
- Can lead and influence people and the environment with humility to drive continuous improvement.
- Problem solver, mature, autonomous, and proactive habit.
- Good communication and negotiation skills & a solid team player.

This position offers permanent employment (PKWTT) based in Semarang, Indonesia, while necessitating regular domestic and international travel.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Semarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sourcing Furniture: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (oral and writing) (preferred)
