Sourcing Specialist

Currently, Tikamoon is offering a career opportunity as a **SOURCING SPECIALIST** with the following job description:

- Source new suppliers based on the company's specific needs using RFI and RFQ, monitoring, visiting trade fairs, etc.
- **Act as the main point of contact** between **Tikamoon **and the pool of suppliers, ensuring the proper execution of contracts.
- Resolve any commercial, financial, time, and delay disputes with the suppliers.
- Manage and effectively monitor the suppliers' performance through rating and assessment.
- Conduct annual reviews and lead negotiations.
- Serve as the key liaison between the French Product Team, R&D, and Quality Team.
- Provide regular reports to the Management.
- Conduct regular factory visits.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Furniture industry (any position).
- Strong knowledge in Sourcing, with a minimum Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the Purchasing field.
- **Fluency in English** (knowledge of another language is a plus).
- Comfortability with data and product cost analysis, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in finding solutions to problems, maturity, autonomy, and the ability to take initiative.
- **Good communication skills and a great team player**.
- **Good negotiation skills**.

This position is for **permanent employment (PKWTT) with placement in Semarang**.
