**General Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Vendor Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers of agri-inputs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of quality products.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new developments in agri-inputs.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement strategies.
- Procurement Forecasting:

- Develop and implement procurement forecasting strategies.
- Anticipate agri-input needs based on market trends and seasonal variations.
- Analyze procurement costs and market trends to provide pricing recommendations.

**Qualifications & experience**
- 3 years of procurement/ sourcing/ buying experience in Agri-Input company
- Minimum education D3/S1
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia communication, both written and speaking
- Strong negotiation skill
- Willing to travel across Central Java area
- Placement in Semarang
