1. Melakukan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan team sales & marketing

2. Memberikan dan membagikan tugas team sales & marketing sesuai dengan posisinya masing-masing.

3. Menentukan jadwal regular meeting dengan dengan team sales & marketing.

4. Bersama-sama dengan manager lain untuk membuat kebijakan kantor bila diperlukan.

5. Membuat dan mengatur SOP pekerjaan team sales & marketing.

6. Memastikan semua pekerjaan team sales & marketing berjalan dengan baik.

7. Bernegosiasi dengan pihak ketiga untuk kepentingan perusahaan.

8. Mempresentasikan laporan yang berhubungan dengan department sales & marketing kepada Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager.

9. Melakukan penilaian kinerja semua team di sales & marketing.

10. Memantau tanggung jawab dan tugas team sales & marketing.

11. Memberikan bimbingan, masukan, pelatihan kepada team sales & marketing untuk meningkatkan kinerja.

12. Menjaga keharmonisan diantara team sales & marketing dan memberikan motivasi untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja.

13. Berpartisipasi aktif dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan acara NIEC Indonesia.

14. Bertanggung jawab untuk mengembangkan standar dan mempromosikan kegiatan yang meningkatkan revenue perusahaan.

15. Merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pengarsipan di sales & marketing.

16. Menetapkan dan memantau prosedur untuk pencatatan revenue.

17. Memastikan keamanan, integritas, dan kerahasiaan data perusahaan khususnya sales & marketing.

18. Menerapkan perubahan prosedural dan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di sales & marketing.

19. Memonitor dan mempertahankan inventaris perlengkapan peralatan di sales & marketing.

20. Meninjau persediaan kebutuhan di sales & marketing.

21. Menjaga lingkungan kerja yang aman dan terlindungi.

22. Mengevaluasi laporan sales & marketing sesuai dengan SOP

23. Melakukan eliminasi/pengurangan terhadap pengeluaran sales & marketing yang tidak penting/di luar standar.

24. Membantu dalam meningkatkan efektivitas operasional perusahaan.

25. Bertanggung jawab menjaga citra keseluruhan produk atau perusahaan. Meneliti pasar untuk menentukan target pasar dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran. Mengatur visi brand, proposisi nilai jangka pendek dan panjang, dll.

26. Bertugas untuk mengelola periklanan, mengelola anggaran untuk barang promosi dan iklan, membantu membuat desain dan tata letak konsep periklanan (baik cetak maupun digital).

27. Bertanggung jawab dalam menganalisa harga dan penjualan, mengawasi kegiatan promosi, dan mengevaluasi kembali bagaimana brand dapat menjangkau basis konsumen yang lebih luas. Bertugas untuk mengembangkan produk atau jasa perusahaan.

28. Membangun hubungan dengan media dan pihak yang berpengaruh lainnya. Memantau tren terkini dan media sosial.

29. Bertanggung jawab dalam menyampaikan berita kepada Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager, termasuk media online.

30. Bertugas untuk melakukan analisa wawasan pelanggan dan pesaing. Berperan dalam melakukan analisa tentang perkiraan penjualan serta keuangan. Bertugas untuk mengembangkan potensi bisnis baru.

31. Ikut merekrut student untuk NIEC Indonesia.

32. Melakukan school visit untuk menjalin kerjasama dengan sekolah, universitas serta instansi lainnya

33. Melakukan kerjasama dengan institusi Pendidikan baik SMA, SMK, Universitas, kursus dan lain-lain

34. Memiliki kemampuan untuk membuat program pengembangan usaha NIEC dengan melakukan komunikasi dan jaringan terhadap lembaga sekolah, kampus, kursus, pemerintahan, dan institusi terkait lainnya.

35. Melakukan pertemuan baik di dalam maupun di luar kantor untuk menyampaikan presentasi kepada potensial client/ institusi.

36. Bertanggung jawab untuk memproses MOU sesuai dengan procedure yang telah di tetapkan

37. Melakukan presentasi ke kampus, sekolah dan institusi di Surabaya dan wilayah sekitarnya untuk mempromosikan NIEC.

38. Bertanggung jawab menjaga kerahasiaan data clients serta keamanan penyimpanan data -data

39. Bertanggung jawab untuk menyusun setiap data sekolah dan kampus partner dan update perkembangan kerjasama dengan sekolah dan kampus partner

40. Bertanggung jawab untuk menjalin komunikasi dan kemitraan dengan sekolah, kampus partner dan institusi yang terkait dengan MOU.

41. Bertanggungjawab melakukan kerjasama dengan Lembaga Pemerintahan

42. Memberikan laporan mengenai progress kerjasama setiap hari kepada Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager

43. Bertanggung jawab membuat dan melaporkan laporan bulanan

44. Bertanggung jawab untuk membuat agenda School Visit, Kampus Visit, EXPO NIEC, Sharing Session, School EXPO, dan event event promosi lainnya.

45. Bersedia dan berkomitment mengkomunikasikan semua aktifitas melalui aplikasi platform _SLACK_ dan _Whatsapp._

46. Bersedia untuk agenda trip (luar kota) dalam menjalakan agenda : School/ Campus Visit atau kegiatan dari NIEC dan selalu melaporkan hasil tugas ke Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager.
