- Able to negotiate with internal team and stakeholders.
- Has an extensive network.
- Able to analyze problems, financial analysis and have good problem solving.
- Have good leadership skills,
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

**About work**仕事内容について**:
Responsible for the company's performance in the branch in the context of Profit & Loss.
Prepare annual exercise budget targets, and branch operational costs and submit for approval with the Head Office.
Develop and achieve sales targets that have been set.
Obtaining new customers, retaining, managing, and monitoring existing customers and vendors related to operational issues.
Leading, supervising, and coordinating commercial, operational, and supporting activities in branches.
Coordinate with the Vendor Management Team to determine trucking vendors in carrying out operational activities.
Provide solutions to all problems by coordinating with the Heads of each department in the Head Office.
Coordinate with external parties related to the company's activities in branches, such as the police and local government.
Ensure that financial reports that are integrated with Finance and Accounting can be provided to the Finance, Accounting, and Tax Departments at the Head Office.
Monitor company costs incurred by branches to achieve cost efficiency.
Execute the SOP that has been determined by the Corporate.
Conduct branch development related to continuous improvement in Sales, Sales strategy to get new customers and maintain existing customers, report systems, and work systems.
Identify, evaluate and determine sustainable development programs at the managerial level.
Ensure that the HSE policy can run well in the Department he leads.
Responsible for carrying out and completing tasks assigned by superiors.
