Procurement Reporting

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize procurement-related reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Design and manage regular and ad-hoc procurement reports, such as spend analysis, supplier performance, cost savings, and compliance.
- Create dashboards for procurement KPIs and operational excellence metrics to support process monitoring and optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all procurement reports and dashboards.
- Conduct regular audits and data validation to maintain high data quality.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights for procurement strategies, supplier negotiations, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance procurement systems and reporting tools for departmental needs.
- Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline reporting and improve efficiency.
- Liaise with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to align reporting requirements and deliver insights.
- Communicate data findings and insights clearly to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance of procurement reports with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
- Stay updated on procurement reporting trends and best practices.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for procurement MIS reporting issues.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience in reporting and procurement.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills adaptable to diverse corporate cultures.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
**Additional Information**:
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, with potential overtime.
- Location: Jakarta.
