IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing our IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our computer systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing large IT projects, managing a team of IT professionals, and implementing effective strategies to optimize our technology resources. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a focus on delivering exceptional IT services to support our organization's goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and Manage IT Projects: Take charge of large-scale IT projects, from design to deployment, ensuring successful implementation of new IT systems and services.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and coach IT staff, establish clear job expectations, and provide performance appraisals. Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor the performance of information technology systems, assess cost and productivity levels, and make recommendations to enhance the IT infrastructure.
- IT Infrastructure Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the IT infrastructure strategy, including architecture and processes, aligning them with organizational goals.
- Vendor Assessment and Test Strategies: Evaluate vendors, assess their offerings, and develop effective test strategies for new hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Resolve hardware and software issues related to internal IT systems, ensuring mínimal downtime and optimal functionality.
- IT and Data Operations Management: Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations. Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures to streamline operations.
- Security and Backup Systems: Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems, implementing robust measures to protect sensitive information.
- User Needs and Organizational Policy: Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality, contributing to the development and adherence to organizational policies.
- Strategic Problem Solving: Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner, fostering continuous improvement across IT operations.
- Asset and Information Security: Preserve assets, information security, and control structures to safeguard the organization's resources.
- Budget Management: Handle the annual IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient allocation of resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience working in IT operations, with proven experience leading and managing large IT projects and implementing IT infrastructures across various technologies.
- Background: Experience in manufacturing or distribution, or related fields is preferred.
- Must be able to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Technical Knowledge: Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases, and data storage systems.
- Critical Thinking and Decision-making: Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Best Practices: Firm grasp of IT infrastructure and operations best practices, staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Leadership Experience: Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant position, demonstrating leadership abilities and the capacity to manage personnel effectively.
- Technical Expertise: Excellent knowledge of technical management and information analysis, coupled with a solid understanding of computer hardware/software systems.
- Data Center Management: Expertise in data center management and data governance, ensuring the efficient operation and security of data centers.
- Network Administration: Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.

**Salary**: Rp16,000,000 - Rp32,000,000 per month

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
