**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Coordinate and manage all travel, accommodation, and event bookings in a timely and organized manner.
- Research and recommend suitable options for clients and guests.
- Negotiate rates, availability, and other details with vendors and suppliers.
- Handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the booking process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bookings, including client information and payment details.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of various travel destinations, accommodations, and transportation options.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all bookings align with company policies and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Booking Agent or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Ability to travel, if necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.

**Experience**:

- Booking Agent: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- KITAS (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
