Description:
The DJ Artist Logistics & Hospitality Rider ensures the smooth operation of DJ performances by managing equipment logistics and artist hospitality. This role involves coordinating transportation, setting up equipment, and providing excellent support to ensure the artist’s comfort and the event’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Logistics:

- Transport DJ equipment to and from venues.
- Set up and break down equipment before and after events.
- Ensure all gear is functioning correctly and address any technical issues.

2. Route Planning and Management:

- Plan efficient International routes for transportation.
- Handle any logístical challenges during travel.

3. Artist Hospitality:

- Arrange and oversee artist accommodation and meals.
- Address and fulfill any special requests from the artist.
- Provide clear and prompt communication with the artist, booking agent and tour manager regarding schedules and needs.

4. Event Coordination:

- Liaise with venue staff and event organizers to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the event or transportation.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of equipment, travel arrangements, and hospitality.
- Provide updates and reports as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience:

- Previous experience in logistics, event coordination, or hospitality is preferred.
- Familiarity with DJ equipment is a plus.

2. Skills:

- English proficient.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle technical issues and troubleshoot as needed.
