2. Mengelola pertanyaan layanan dan sengketa yang timbul dari konsumen dan mitra Grab
3. Memberikan layanan pelanggan yang luar biasa kepada basis konsumen dan mitra Grab
4. Menjaga hubungan baik dan upaya membangun komunitas dengan konsumen dan mitra Grab
5. Memantau berbagai saluran komunikasi perusahaan termasuk call center, media sosial, pertanyaan web, dll., dan merespons secara tepat waktu
6. Mengumpulkan feedback dari konsumen dan mitra Grab, mengamati masalah lini depan seperti alasan pembatalan pemesanan, dll., dan melaporkan segera kepada supervisor
7. Melakukan tugas ad-hoc sesuai kebutuhan tim untuk meningkatkan keseluruhan bisnis seperti riset pasar, audit kualitas layanan, dll.
8. Melakukan tugas administratif yang melibatkan akun mitra driver Grab (pengisian kredit, perubahan informasi mitra, dll.)
