**Description**:
**What You Will Do**
- Gather and ensure accuracy of all information related to the process of a Purchase Order.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team, legal counsel, and clients to ensure the accuracy of information, payment terms are agreed upon, and management has approved the transaction.
- Heavy Database reconciliation between systems (Billing, CRM, Licensing).
- In charge of issuing licenses to customers at the end of the purchasing process.
- Process sales orders and enter all information into a local billing system.
- Ensure all information is accurate, payment terms are agreed upon, and management has approved the transaction.
- In charge of the collection process while coordinating directly with customers and Sales Representatives.
- In charge of approving expense reports submitted by employees in accordance with Company policy while analyzing and identifying any unusual items
- Analyze systems, policies, and practices to continuously improve finance operations

**What This Role Needs**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or related area from a reputable university, fresh graduate is welcomed.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Superior planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and people skills together with ability to work well independently.
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Have basic knowledge on Excel functions
- Plan, organize work, and manage projects
