Cabin Manager

Responsible for branch transaction collection and submission based on regular time scheduled
- Maintain a respectable appearance of grooming and work uniform cleanliness at all times for all the team members
- Assist superior in preparing the working schedule of the branch team and report it for approval to superior
- Assist superior in supervising the team’s productivity by ensuring their work attendance at every shift
- Assist superior in controlling the branch expense, at host and cleaner side
- Ensure the branch team to gather guest reviews through provided CRM platforms on a daily basis based on targets set by superior
- Controls the cabin selling based on rates and objectives stated by the management based on guidance from superior
- Prepares branch-related data (such as inventory, expense data) with cooperation with superior in creating and preparing monthly/annual financial reports
- Conduct goods inventory work, start from goods received, daily consumable records and stock takes
- Supervise and conduct regular cabin inspection to ensure the product is in best condition
- Report and update the maintenance issues of the branch to superior through ‘Bob Leader Checklist’
- Ensure good relationships with local law enforcement and local citizens

**Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in tourism/hospitality or equivalent
- Having experience in a managerial level background specialized in the front office and/or housekeeping or equivalent
- At least 2 (two) years of working experience as a manager in the hospitality industry
- Actively able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
- Able and willing to work on appointed areas selected by management
- Able and willing to work overtime and outside operational time
- Has a neat appearance and well groomed
