**About work**仕事内容について**:
Must Manage all related HR (BPJS, Absence, Leave, Payroll, Overtime, Company Regulation, Employment Contract)
Manage all general affairs related to Office and Production including if any repairs will manage the cost align with the company budget
Must Manage all administration Daily Operational
Must Manage and report All related Administration such as payroll, OSS, SIINAS, and others related to the company
Must manage all related TKA Permit
Communicate as the representative and decision maker as of HRGA MANAGER for the Company
Communicate and bridge between Management and Employee
Make sure all related HR and Administration are smoothly running well
