**Educational Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree: Usually in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
**Experience**:
Minimum Experience: At least 1 - 2 years in a similar position
**Background**:Electrical field background is highly recommended
**Key Competencies**:
Recruitment: Managing the hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
Industrial Relations: Handling relationships between the company and its employees, including negotiations and conflict resolution.
Employee Relations: Ensuring good communication and relationships between employees and management.
People Development: Implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
HR Administration: Managing employee records, payroll, and benefits.
General Affairs: Overseeing office management, facilities, and other administrative functions.
**Skills**:
Organizational Skills: Keeping track of various HR and administrative tasks.
Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees and management.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in HR software and other digital tools.
Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships within the organization.
Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion.
**Job Status**:
- This is a 1-year contract job position (3 months of probation).
- Potential full-time position opportunities after 1 year contract.
- No housing will be provided for employees living far from office area.
