**Your role at Exness**:
Exness is looking to hire a Premier Key Account Specialist. The Premier Program is designed for our most active and loyal clients, offering clients access to a range of exclusive privileges and services.
The Premier Key Account Specialist will be a member of a specialised client-facing department focused on providing an exceptional level of care to high-value Premier clients through a value-driven relationship-based approach.
As a key front-line function within the company's growth strategy, the Premier Key Account Specialist (KAS) supports a portfolio of customers, achieving desired outcomes across three main stages of the customer's life cycle
- onboarding, retention and reactivation.
**You will**:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and Exness.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for Exness' products/services.
- Formulate and articulate market specific strategies, competitive analyses, growth strategies, including collaborative initiatives such as with our internal marketing team, loyalty campaign teams, as well as our event teams.
- Direct customers to a specific outcome through company approved communication channels.
- Keep customers up-to-date with Exness' developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
- Participate in related industry & partners events and this will take in the form of expos, conventions, training and seminar sessions.
- Minimum 2 year experience in sales, preferably in financial services
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in native language and English.
- Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task with attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Able to work in a team and individually when needed.
